To keep Stock Debrief safe and reliable for all researchers, we require every user to follow these rules. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban.

Prohibited Content

  • Illegal Content

    Anything that promotes illegal activities or violates local laws.

  • Hate Speech

    Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates based on race, religion, or gender.

  • Malware

    Uploading or distributing viruses, worms, or malicious code.

  • Unauthorized Financial Advice

    Impersonating a licensed professional to give specific financial advice.

System Integrity

  • Scraping

    Use of automated systems (bots, spiders) to extract stock analysis or transcript data.

  • DDoS

    Attempting to overwhelm our servers or interfere with site performance.

  • Exploitation

    Probing or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.

  • API Abuse

    Exceeding rate limits or bypassing security controls.

Commercial Restrictions

  • Reselling

    Selling access to Stock Debrief analysis or data to third parties.

  • White-labeling

    Presenting our linguistic research as your own proprietary work.

  • Spamming

    Using our platform or communication tools to send unsolicited marketing.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this policy. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement if we suspect criminal activity.
