User Accounts

Subscriptions & Payments
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
Please note that specific features associated with the Free, Pro, and Ultimate tiers (including but not limited to alerts, limits, content access, and tools) may be modified, limited, or removed entirely at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Site owner. By subscribing, you agree to hold the Site owner harmless from any liability, damages, or losses arising from the alteration, suspension, or discontinuation of any such features.

We explicitly disclaim any and all liability for delayed alerts, API downtime, or system glitches that result in automated trading losses. Any automated execution based on our data is done at your own comprehensive and sole risk.

Termination & Data Forfeiture
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms (e.g., unauthorized data scraping, sharing login credentials). If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, you immediately forfeit any remaining pre-paid subscription time without a refund. Furthermore, upon termination, we are under no obligation to retain or export your saved user data (e.g., Watchlist configurations).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, Tel-Aviv, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation.
